As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents. You will:
Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care within your scope of practice
Lead and support personal care workers
Coordinate with GPs and allied health providers
Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and assessments
Support the AN-ACC funding process
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent RN graduates welcome, with previous aged care or PCA experience
A strong commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to work across a rotating roster (including weekends and nights)
