Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents. You will:

• Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care within your scope of practice

• Lead and support personal care workers

• Coordinate with GPs and allied health providers

• Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and assessments

• Support the AN-ACC funding process

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Recent RN graduates welcome, with previous aged care or PCA experience

• A strong commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Willingness to work across a rotating roster (including weekends and nights)
